Tento web obsahuje základní informace k předmětu „Antropologie práva“ a je určen posluchačům Fakulty humanitních studií, i jiným vážným zájemcům, kteří se zajímají o tuto disciplínu.
Antropologie práva je součástí souborné bakalářské zkoušky studijního programu Humanitní studia a posluchači se s ní setkají také v povinném předmětu „Moc, peníze, právo,“ jehož garantem je Prof. Jan Sokol Ph.D. CSc. Rovněž si dovolujeme upozornit na překladový seminář „Rechtsanthropologie,“ jehož garantem je Mgr. Ondřej Skripnik, Ph.D.
Kurz „Antropologie práva“ pojímá tuto disciplínu jako alternativu k právní teorii a snaží se ji posluchačům předat v kontextu s jinými antropologickými disciplínami.

We would like to present the basic information about the course “Anthropology of law” on this website to the students of the Faculty of Humanities as well as to the other interested persons.
As the anthropology of law is quite new in the Czech Republic (however, not unknown), there is not much equipment for studying the discipline. The basic aim of the website is therefore to provide students with information about new books in the library of TGM at Jinonice, journals and conferences relating to the discipline. There are also the electronic and intercative “working papers” on the course´s topics placed on this web.
The topics of the anthropology of law are the part of the comprehensive bachelor exam of the study program in Humanities. Students can also encounter with them in a compulsory course “Power, money, law,” which is under the responsibility of Professor Jan Sokol; and in the translation seminar “Rechtsanthropologie” the guarantor of which is doctor Ondřej Skripnik.
